My motoring life (so far)

I have been trying to think about the I have driven or owned over the years. For fun, here is a compilation of my motoring history—with many gaps to fill. I’ll update this list from time to time and add some commentary later. Note that I have not owned all these vehicles, and those marked with asterisks are (or were) owned by friends who have asked me to drive them for short periods (e.g. they were drunk and I was a , or we swapped cars to try each other’s out). How in the world do you know all that? That's a lot of cars. I don't think I can remember all my cars and rentals.
Took me a while but I sat there for half an hour figuring it out! I love cars so I have a particularly good memory for them. Some of my international rentals are long-term (e.g. for months) so they tend to stick in my mind as well as cars I have owned.
uhm...wow. There's only a few that you don't have to pay big bucks for...
Yeah, I’m pretty lucky that I get loaners from some automakers occasionally (they’ll be the expensive ones!).
Happy new year !-!

Note

Entries from 2006 to the end of 2009 were done on the Blogger service. As of January 1, 2010, this blog has shifted to a Wordpress installation, with the latest posts here.
With Blogger ceasing to support FTP publishing on May 1, I have decided to turn these older pages in to an archive, so you will no longer be able to enter comments. However, you can comment on entries posted after January 1, 2010.
