Just reflecting the either party’s slogans after you reminded me of Saatchi’s:
El Nats: “Working for New Zealand”
Labour: “Vote positive”
Labour had nothing to back it up, even the poor can spot glib.
Cheers, Phil. You are spot on with your last sentence—you’ve got to have authenticity with a slogan. There were so few visions shared in the election season, nothing to inspire New Zealanders.
