The moral globalist: making globalization work

1. People will study you now, so be ready. All companies attract attention, so make sure yours is positive.

2. Find out who you are deep down and the values that are honest—but do so across borders.

4. Understand culture in a global sense. Yours is not the only one, but there are aspects that transcend cultures.

6. If you fear homogeneity of cultures, then it is right to export yours so others may share in it.
