I agree that John Oliver and his show summed it up very, very well.
That Comcast spent millions (and approaching $1 billion, at that) is bitterly ironic– I’m sure you’re painfully aware they can’t even keep their customers happy with their pitiful, abysmally awful customer service. I am hoping, praying that our local cities reconsider and NOT switch us over to Comcast. Charter isn’t terrific, but it’s still a better provider than Comcast.
