It’s a pity Zapier’s email systems don’t work because the people seem very nice. I signed up to the service in December, but eventually unsubscribed from all their emails by going to the email preferences’ page and selecting the appropriate option. It didn’t stop the emails from coming, so I wrote to them to advise them, outlining what I had done. The first reply told me to do exactly what I had already said I had done. Eventually, I had to tell them that the only way to stop the emails from coming was to delete my account. They were courteous throughout, but it’s yet more evidence of why I have little faith in so many “IT” companies.
At least they reply. For a good part of 2023, I received emails from Blutonic, telling me to update a W-8BEN-E. Without going into the archives, I do have a convoluted email from 2021 about these chaps wanting to do business with us and it was full of adtech Newspeak. I often say I am a non-tech because I follow instructions. A real tech knows when not to.

I go to the Tipalti website and attached (first attachment) is what I see.
I go to Blutonic.com and cannot find anywhere to log in. I have clicked the three horizontal bars in the top right-hand corner of the home page and nothing happens. According to the source code (second attachment) there are no menu items there anyway.

Hello:
I have received a lot of these messages and have tried each time, but I have no idea how to do this. Please advise.
I have tried blutonic.com but there is no log-in and the three line “hamburger” does nothing when clicked on. I cannot see this ‘payments details page’. I have clicked all the ‘Read more’ links on that page and all I get is the home page over and over again. (See first attachment.)
I have tried tipalti.com but I cannot log in. (See second attachment.)

PS.: I finally got a response by contacting the main email address, from one of the bosses, who apologized. Turns out I didn’t need to fill in this form because we hadn’t made any money with Blutonic. The world of IT.
